  • Same-day delivery fee – $15

Orders placed before 12pm for same-day delivery will incur a same-day delivery fee of $15. Bloomin’ same-day delivery is reliable and efficient, meaning your lucky recipient will get their happy flowers on the same day you ordered them.

Order in advance delivery – $15

If you order in advance, our advanced delivery fee applies. You might win some brownie points for being organised, but unfortunately, it doesn't save you any delivery dollars. This is because your blooms are picked, packed and hand-delivered in the same way as all of our orders, despite your advanced ordering.

    Click & Collect – Free

You also have the option to pick up all online orders in-store. With the added bonus of meeting us in person – we love making new besties!

  • No, they don’t. It’s unrealistic to expect you to wait around all day for your blooms to arrive – you have more important places to be (like the cheese section of the grocery store).

If no one is home, your blooms will be left in a safe place for you to discover when you return.

  • Yes we do. Our couriers will deliver to the ward where possible or closest receptionist, if available. We cannot guarantee your blooms will be delivered directly to patients or staff as each hospital has different rules and protocols.

If you would like your flowers to be delivered to a hospital, it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible including the hospital name, ward number, and bed number. Be sure to check the patient in question hasn’t been discharged before placing your order. If they happen to be discharged after you place your order, no biggie. Simply get in touch and we can update the delivery location.

  • Be sure to check your inbox – we'll always send an email to you when your order is dispatched, which contains a link to the delivery tracking. Simply click the link and you’ll be able to check the status of your delivery.

If you’re still unsure, get in touch with our team and we’ll be able to update you on the status of your order.

  • Our flowers are sent in bud wherever possible and intentionally without water – they don’t need much of a drink when being delivered same-day. Keeping flowers in bud also means that their petals remain protected in the post and you can enjoy them for longer.

We also wet wrap our flowers (especially on hot days!). Like us, blooms love hydration – the more they get, the extra happy they are.

Flowers will be delivered in our signature wrapping or a vase of your choosing, depending on your selection.

  • Please contact us at hello@bloominfloralstudio.com.au if you would like to make changes to or cancel your order.

Please note: for same-day delivery, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of the order first being placed.

For next-day delivery, changes and cancellations can be made within 3 hours of the order first being placed.

  • ABSOLUTELY WE DO (YES WE’RE SCREAMING!).

You can shop happy blooms in person at Valentines Walk, Bendigo.

Blooms

  • As each bunch is curated by our expert florists, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or substitutions to the arrangements shown on the site.

However, we do offer a bespoke order option if you wish to create your own bunch of happy blooms.

  • As flowers are seasonal, the images online aren’t exact. While some blooms and colours may vary, we promise that the OM-!!-factor will stay the same.

Your bunch may also look different due to lack of bloom. This isn’t as scary as it sounds. It just means that some flowers have been delivered in bud to preserve them during travel and ensure you get more life out of them.

  • After a long trip we all get a bit thirsty. To get your blooms looking perky and lively again simply trim a good 3-5cm off each stem and place them in a fresh vase of water.

  • Our roses are delivered with the guard petals still attached to protect them during transit. As a result, they may appear slightly brown or lighter in colour, this is completely normal.

Now that your blooms are safely at your door you can remove the outer 2-3 petals (gently!) to reveal the new and soft petals inside.

  • We love how you think. Here are a few tips and tricks to show your blooms some TLC and keep them living longer:

    • Remove all lower leaves from flowers so they aren’t submerged in water.

    • Trim stems and replace vase water regularly.

    • Add plant food to the water, if possible.

    • Alternatively, add a tablespoon of sugar to the water. The sugar will help nourish the flowers and promote opening of the blooms.

    • Avoid direct sunlight and choose a draught-free area. Flowers are delicate things, so we want to keep them as protected as possible.

  • Flowers don’t love the heat so we do our best to keep them cool and happy in hotter conditions.

In the event of hot weather, we will deliver your flowers in wet wrap. Once you receive them, be sure to put them somewhere cool and give them a nice big drink of water.

  • All of our blooms receive expert care from our florists and are given the attention they deserve from picking to delivery. We prepare and post each bouquet soon after you place your order, so you only receive the freshest of blooms.

Each flower has a different vase life but we’d expect your bouquet to be enjoyed for around 7 days or longer. This time frame may vary depending on how the flowers are cared for and the different lifespan of each flower.

Our biggest tip: pay attention to your blooms as each day passes. Change the water, trim the stems, prune any that start to look sad, and don’t be afraid to put the saddest ones in the compost bin if their time is up.

  • As our blooms change seasonally, it’s hard for us to keep track of what may or may not be harmful to your furry friends. We always recommend doing your research before selecting your blooms and keeping flowers out of reach from both pets and children to avoid any adverse effects.
